Dr. Eiman Al Zaabi is the Medical Director of SEHA Blood Bank Services and a distinguished hematopathologist and healthcare leader. She earned her MBBS from UAE University, followed by FRCPC certification in Hematopathology and a Research Fellowship in Canada, and later completed a Master’s in Healthcare Management. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across SEHA, SKMC, SSMC, and blood donation services. She has led major initiatives in laboratory medicine, quality, research, and healthcare transformation. Dr. Al Zaabi serves on national and international transfusion medicine committees and has received multiple prestigious awards recognizing her leadership, innovation, and excellence in healthcare.
