Urine Bottle Acid Washed Collection: Unpreserved urine should be refrigerated immediately and analyzed within 1 week of collection. Acceptable preservatives include: Trace Metal Free Hydrochloric Acid or Nitric Acid (0.1 mL of 12M acid/10 mL urine).
