Sample needs to be accompanied by the informed patient consent form
Accredited NRL Laboratory
Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 3 PM last drop off on all working days
Detects chromosomal abnormalities including mosaic aneuploidy.
Peripheral Blood sample (Whole Blood well-mixed to prevent clotting)
5 mL (For infant a minimum of 2 mL)
Sodium/Lithium heparin (green cap tube)
No special preparation is required for this test. You may eat, drink, and take your medications as normal, unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
This test does not require any special collection or pre-analytical handling. Follow routine specimen collection protocols.
