Detect somatic KRAS mutations in tumors; targeted oncology therapy.

FFPE, gDNA

Volume

Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded tissue block (preferred). 2 scrolls or 5 unstained slides in a sterile container (5 µm sections), along with an H&E-Stained Slide for tumor cell content assessment.DNA extracted from other sample types can also be tested (total DNA should be >50ng with at least 2-5µl provided).
