Submit sample to the laboratory immediately after collection. Attached the Complete Patient clinical History, ABO/Rh history.,Transfusion history, Last Rhogam Injection history for Fetal Hemoglobin, Emirates ID/Passport copy (Mothers’ ID is acceptable for newborns ) . ALWAYS include these documents in all specimens/requests. Note that sample will not be processed if documents are not complete.
