Targeted somatic mutation analysis of 1 to 50 genes in hematological malignancies or solid tumors when the required genes are outside established NRL panels

Block preferred, or 10 unstained, uncharged slides (5 μm sections) with a matching H&E-stained slide, 2–3 mL Peripheral blood, 2–3 mL Bone marrow aspirate or 4 unstained Bone marrow smears slides
Sterile container, EDTA tube, EDTA tube, Protective slide holder
No special preparation is required for this test. You may eat, drink, and take your medications as normal, unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
