Multiple Time-Point Aldosterone Test
5 days
Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA)
Accredited NRL Laboratory
Wednesday and Friday
Similar to above, this series of six aldosterone measurements would provide a thorough profile of aldosterone secretion. It could help distinguish normal circadian or stress variation from pathological secretion. Such extensive testing might be employed when initial tests are equivocal, ensuring confidence in diagnosing conditions like primary aldosteronism.
