Test Overview

Genomic test analyzing breast, colon, or prostate cancer tumors. Predicts recurrence risk and benefit from chemotherapy.

Specimen Type

Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue block or Slides

Volume

One fixed paraffin embedded tumor block or fifteen 5um serial unstained s,ides. Hand number the serially sectioned slides to indicate the order in which they were cut. Unnumbered slides will be returned. Refer to pathology guidelines form for more information

Specimen Container

Contact Technical Support to request for special kits. Complete all the sections on the test requisition form. Missing information may result in delay in test results. Ship the form with a copy of the pathology report.

Patient Preparation

No special preparation is required for this test. You may eat, drink, and take your medications as normal, unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
