Methodology

In-silico solid phase single bead antigen (SAB) antibody analysis

Remarks

For any virtual crossmatch requests, the HLA laboratory requires the below information. This data can be provided on NRL's manual test requisition form (TRF) OR over electronic order interface. 1. HLA typing of potential recipients and potential donors 2. Class I & II antibody identification of recipients (used serum should ideally be no more than 6 months old) 3. Desensitisation status (if any) 4. Date of last red cell, FFP, cryo or platelet transfusions
