This test is indicated for:
•Evaluation of patients with a personal and/or family history suggestive of a hereditary cancer syndrome
•Assessment of individuals with early-onset, multiple, rare, or syndromic malignancies
•Genetic evaluation where a broader hereditary cancer risk assessment is clinically appropriate
