Immunochromatographic assay
NS1 Antigen: This antigen is produced by the dengue virus during the acute
phase of infection. Its presence in the blood indicates an early-stage, active
infection (typically within 0–7 days after symptom onset).
IgM antibodies: Usually appear 3-5 days after infection and indicate a recent
infection.
IgG antibodies: Generally, develop later (after IgM) and persist for longer,
indicating past infection or secondary exposure to the virus.
Accredited NRL Laboratory
Daily
