Anti-parietal cell antibodies detected by indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) support the diagnosis of Pernicious Anemia and autoimmune gastritis. Testing aids evaluation of patients with unexplained Vitamin B12 Deficiency, macrocytic anemia, or neurological symptoms. Results are interpreted with intrinsic factor antibodies (NRL Code: 010413), vitamin B12 levels (NRL Code: 11011) , and clinical findings to guide diagnosis and management.
